Merry Christmas 2009
I can't believe another year has come and gone. This was another for us without Mark. We did get to speak with him on the phone on Christmas Eve. He seems to be doing really well, in great spirits. He is keeping VERY busy in Afghanistan and hopes to be home in April or May. The kids and I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Grandma and Grandpa Robinsons home. They had enough Aunts and Uncles around to keep them Happy. On Christmas Day we went to our friends Megan and Aribella's home for dinner (Megans husband is also deployed with the military right now) Thanks for the wonderful ham dinner Megan.

TWO YEAR OLDS, UG....
So I've been feeling a little bumbed about our family pictures; only because Hailee wouldn't smile for one single picture. We got home from our photo shoot and this is what I got out of her. I just wanted to show off her total CUTENESS!

We had our family pictures done while Mark was home on leave. This one just melts my heart.
THE LATEST AND THE GREATEST
Grandpa and Grandma Pohlman with ALL the Grandkids on Thanksgiving Day. What more could Grandpa and Grandma ask for.

Because of Grandma Thomas' passing, Mark was able to take his two week leave in November (rather than January). The picture below is of my kids with their daddy before he could even get changed out of his uniform. The clung to him every minute he was home.

VETERNS DAY 2009
On this Veterns day I would like to express my gratitude to my dear husband who is a true example of sacrifice. Let me put it this way....Mark is serving his second deployment in 4 years. During his time of service overseas he has missed the following....Two grandfathers funerals, one siblings wedding and three cousins weddings, missionary homecoming of a sibbling he hadn't seen in 2 1/2 years, the birth of his first son, and many memories of his three beautiful children.
This time around the only words Hailee knew when Mark left were "Mommy" and "Daddy". For those of you who have seen her lately, she has a two and three word sentence vocabulary. I am overwhelmed with a sense of love and gratitued for my Husband who has given all this up (and then some) all for the good cause of our country.
This Veterns day, lets Honor ALL Soldiers, Veterns, and their families by being outstanding American Citizens and staying true to the core beliefs our Four-Fathers founded this country on. "IN GOD WE TRUST"

KNOCK ON WOOD!
With in one week Bradyn, Hailee and I got the Flu. Hailee was sick enough and had a suspicious rash that she had to be seen at Primary Childrens Hospital (as seen in pictures below). The doctors were concerned that she had Menengitis (sp?) due to the symptoms and an unexplainable rash all over her arms, stomach and back. Come to find out Hailee just had the flu, a croupy cough, and the Rash. For those that don't know, Hailee and Bradyn get this VERY rare rash called APEC. It is so rare that not even Primary Childrens knew what it was.

HALLOWEEN
Dyaunie and Hailee Dressed up as Fairy Princesess.

I was so glad to get a picture of Bradyn Dressed up in his Dragon costume for his preschool party. He was sick with the Flu on Halloween so he didn't get to go trick-or-treating with the girls.
Bradyn is always the first on out the door at preschool. He gets so anctious to come tell me all about his day.
Bradyn was in charge of treats for his Halloween party. He helped me make these pumpkin rice crispy treats.
More Halloween crafts made by the kids.
